Storm Gold ridden by Kirsty Brown and Al Shahrani ridden by Tina Bennett continued there consistent performance this season, with a 2nd and 3rd respectively at HOYS, in what was arguably the strongest gelding class of the season "It was a great finish to an excellent season." said Tina "To take Reserve Ridden Championship at the BAC was good, followed by 1st and 3rd at the international with Storm going onto take the Championships was excellent, but to finish off the season with a 2nd and 3rd at HOYS in probably the strongest gelding class of the season is unbelievable. Al Shahrani produced and ridden by Tina Bennett, owned by Teresa Sheward was placed a credible 3rd at the 2007 UKIAHS only two places behind his half brother Storm Gold. Storm Gold BAC Reserve Ridden Champion
Storm Gold ridden by Kirsty Brown and produced by Tina Bennett, continued there impressive season by taking the Reserve Ridden Championship at the 2007 British Arabian Championships. "He has performed consistently all season" Said Tina "and this is a fantastic result"
KALAZEER is a typey and elegant 8 year old chestnut gelding, with correct conformation and extravagant movement. He is owned and bred by Alison Douglas.
His dam is the beautiful Premium mare KALININA, bred by Major and Mrs PWS Maxwell. From the influential KAZRA family, she is an EL SHAKLAN granddaughter with lines to ANSATA IBN HALIMA and MONIET EL NEFOUS. KALININA's successful showing career includes 1st Malvern, 3rd UKIAHS British Born Champion Female, and at the age of 14, class winner and Reserve Champion Mare at Northern Arabian Horse C Show in Harrogate. Her sister KUMASHA was 1st Ridden Mares and Overall Ridden Reserve Champion Arab at the 1998 Horse of the Year Show, BNC Ridden Mare at Malvern and ridden winner at UKIAHS.
His sire is the Double European Champion ZIRCON NAZEER, many times winner of the Sire Produce class at Malvern.
KALAZEER'S two older brothers, KHUDEIR (by MASCAT) and HAJAR KAREEM (by HEJAZ) are successfully competing in Endurance.
KALAZEER has just begun his ridden career and will be lightly shown in his Novice year.
